Customers vs. Marketers

As we learn the six stages of the consumer buying progress, we also learn the best way to have a customer buy your product. As business owners, we are always seeking for new opportunities and methods to increase revenue. Well in this weeks reading I have learned some important fact about the customer buying process, which I will implement in my future businesses and jobs. First one that grasp my attention was the problem recognition, this steps requires for the customer to fully understand that they need this product or service, also they need a reason to believe they want it. We as marketers need to ask the right question to pull customers, pulling customers, customers see they have a need and it should be solved.
