He listed some great examples on how Disney World uses activities associated with the customers final purchase. Evan, mentioned that a company should always have relationship, responsiveness, readiness. He provided some great examples on how Tory Burch provides their customers with great customer service. For example, a husband whom forgets his wife’s birthday, yet makes a quick stop where he purchases a pair of shoes. He assisted by a Tory Burch sales associate who helps and treats the customer as if he is staying at a hotel. This sales associate keeps in touch with her client and continues to contact him while Christmas, and birthdays. The sales associate contacts him to remind him of sales and discounts coming up, which leads to customer purchase.
