As we learned in week six, Omni channel Marketing is the integration of all physical and digital channel that offers a seamless and unified customer experience. As a future marketing leader, omni channel marketing will play a big role in my career. We understand that with this marketing theory, the customer is at the center of the buying experience, marketing managers can see all the steps the customer goes through before making a purchase. By applying omni channel strategy to a sale, companies can also look at the experience from the customers perspective, which the main reason business use omni channel marketing.
